You can process the return of a product within 5 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective, or not as described. Tags must be intact and items unused.
When you open the product or products then record a video of openning the box & send it to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you can exchange your products due to size or color or damaged, defective, or not as described. Very few items are under the category of refund.
In case of refund, this process will be processed within 15-18 business days for domestic transaction.
We focus on domestic transaction, no international transactions will be accepted.
